Started using Roam Research for notes, journaling and habit tracking back in December and thought I’d share why it’s quickly become my favorite app. Highly recommend digging into what bidirectional links are in Roam and how it also handles both linked and unlinked references. The simplicity in which it accomplishes these things is what really sets it apart.
Thanks to RemoteHamRadio.com I’m starting to work some JT8 again. Using Macbook with RHR, xCAT / xDAT, WSJT-X and MacLoggerDX I’m once again working some digital modes operating namely out of FN31. Recently built a small Raspberry Pi cluster that I’m using as a lab for some Ansible automation testing. After seeing the work that Jeff Geerling had done with his “Dramble” cluster it inspired me to also want to leverage a USB light as an indicator on the hosts as tasks were being performed with Ansible.
